This Subway is very much like any Subway you find around the country. I am a fan of the franchise in general, so no doubt this particular is also one I visit often. The queues can be long here during lunch hours, but staff seem to be very well equipped to handle it, having a great system in place to cater to a large number of customers. They are also very professional in their service, regardless of how busy they are. While the quality of the sandwich can differ between each employee and the times it is made, on average it is made well, and can be eaten with ease. In terms of the location itself, it can be slightly cramped when crowded, and finding a seat inside is not always easy. There are some solo seats at a high table, but also some normal tables which you may have to share with other customers. There are also a few (three I think) tables outside which can be nice to use when the weather is pleasant.

This tiny Subway branch just felt a little cramped. I was ok with it being small but couldn't help thinking it had been laid out wrong when designed which had left it cramped in and cluttered. It wasn't particularly dirty (neither did it stand out for being amazingly clean). The service was ok from mostly bored sounding sandwich artists. The food still tasted like subway and everything was available when I visited.

Small shop with very few seats and tables, suitable if you are looking for a takeaway or a quick fix! Usually has some queue during peak meal times - do not get intimidated though, as it clears up very quickly with the efficiency of the staffs!

Usual old subway faire but in a Cambridge setting. Quick service from very helpful staff.
