Looks small from the outside but seems to get the job done. Is wheelchair friendly and has a number of coffee shops and shops available. Live updates on a large board on entry. Very long platform so a decent a mount of walk to get to your platform. Staff were helpful too. Well served by buses citi 1, 3 and 7 to city to easy to access. Nice train/railway station.

A very busy station, usually crowded and lots of delays, personally think it needs huge expansion, staffs are always busy & not very helpful. However, just like other stations it has disabled ♿ access and parking. Easy access to buses and taxi right in front of the station, if it's your first time visiting Cambridge you need proper planning and checking online for help as it's a busy place you could easily take the wrong bus. Enjoy yourself.

Well, the platforms are pretty long but so are the trains, when they run at least. I really like how there are two non stop express trains to London every hour here.

Well planned station. Although the train got delays but no problem there are many stores to buy food.

Sat 12 Aug '17 at 1100 hrs (over an hour before my train was due) to be met by this bedlam! Thinking I would be quicker in the self service queue, I then found that several were out of action, some only took cash, the others only taking card payments. The machine I landed at refused to take either when I told the customer service asst he said I would now have to join the other queue!! If that is the service on a Saturday morning, Lord only knows the chaos in rush hour I found the staff less than helpful and quite ignorant.
