I am a rather regular customer, however I will not be getting my lunch here ever again. I was served by a member of staff with an excruciatingly poor understanding of English- this was not helped by her defensive attitude. Her colleague was forced to step in and resolve the issue, however she barely spoke English herself. My order was completely wrong- and I paid for a Large drink (the servers walked into their back room chatting without giving me said cup). After reminding her (shouting hello several times) the server thrust a small cup at me. I then asked for my receipt - a request that was profusely refused. I am unsure whether this was due to language barrier or not. The colleague stepped in, checked the order and gave me the large blo*ody cup. A larger portion of my lunch break spent arguing over a cup than I had intended.

There was a homeless man inside this place abusing solvents (some sort of flammable gas) while me and my mates were trying to eat. The food was okay but it's awful that they didn't do anything about the homeless man

Door kept opening and not closing all the way next to my chair and letting all the cold air in, extremely frustrating. Other than alright joint
