The lady who works there used her phone in between making my sun while using the same gloves, when asked if she could change gloves she just shrugged it off as just being busy. I said to her that I am on immune suppressant drugs and getting sick could cause me to be very bad and she understood. Fast forward a few weeks, I noticed her phone on the paper they wrap the subs and also on the chopping board all while using it in between making my sub. I have photo of this. Do not recommend if you like cleanliness.
Always a good place to get a snack or meal, Greg's and subway are in the same building side by side. Great choice .ample car parking , toilets, and seating here .Dine in,or take out. I think they deliver also. Parking: Didn't count, but about 30 bays. Kid-friendliness: Hi chair available. Wheelchair accessibility: Level access car park ,to counter and seating, or toilet.
Popped in with my partner yesterday and the lady serving was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes every time we asked for anything,no idea how anyone with this level of customer service is aloud to work her , shocking and very disappointed, very miserable and didn't want us there , wouldn't recommend unless staff who are rude and don't want you there.
Ordered food. An hour later still hadn’t arrived, so I rang the store they told me they will be with me in 10 minutes roughly. Food has still not arrived 2 hours after later. Absolutely disgusting service. Don’t order from here.Food: 1/5

One of the worst subways I have ever been too! Place was dirty 4 out of 9 tables were dirty with food When a customer left after eating in, no sanitising of the tables. Won't be returning

Great customer service, great choice of menu with a variety of fillings. Coffee is really enjoyable. My Overall experience here at Melksham Subway has been fantastic. Definitely a returning customer. All staff are welcoming and friendly. Alot of parking available too. Benches outside the front which is a bonus. They also do deliveries and their delivery drivers are also friendly.
Worst subway in UK. No salad bread burnt. Pizza slice had cheese on bottom sauce on top. 3rd time iv been bad everytime
WARNING: DELIVERY IS UNRELIABLE Ordered via Uber Eats. It was marked by Subway as out for delivery, estimated time of 15-30 minutes for delivery. It never arrived and after waiting over an hour I called the store and they said it was 10 minutes away. Melksham isn't a big place so that was a weird remark. It then didn't arrive after 10 minutes shocker, and during live chat with Uber, the order was cancelled. Having looked at other reviews on Justeat, this is a common occurrence.
