Under new management and still disgraceful! Ordered 4 sandwiches with EXTRA CHEESE, brought them back to the office and there was NO CHEESE AT ALL. Took them back and they just whacked some cheese inside the now COLD sandwiches. By the time they were back they had been sat cold for almost an hour. Phoned to complain and was told that the manager had checked the CCTV and they had put double cheese inside every sandwich when we first order and it must have "melted so we couldn't see it" and then was told that we were offered fresh sandwiches when we went back and we specifically asked for cheese to be put in the same sandwich. Getting an order wrong is one thing, accusing the customer of lying is a different story. Disgusted with this service.

Went to subway in melksham today and was served by a miserable looking guy called “Elliot” he came across like he was looking down his nose st me when really mate your only a sandwich maker! He then was very rude the way he spoke to me. There was not in stock with meatballs so couldn’t have what I wanted and the kids cheese and toasted had like no cheese on it so basically the children were eating bread! I won’t be using this subway again!

The below was true, however every time we go past the place is closed, over the summer of 2017. This is not a good sign, nor encourages a person to be loyal. Melksham has many good places to eat that are open. Nice place to pop in and eat a meal, if you just want to rest from a long journey through the Wiltshire A360. Comfortable seating, To watch the Traffic, TV or you can look out over a field. Takeaway is fast, with friendly service. After your done you can then fill up your car at the BP station, then get back on the road.

This is a much better restaurant now that it has new management. The staff are friendly a clearly know what they are doing. The radio isn't at ear splitting volumes like other subways and the general cleanliness has improved. Much better.....thanks.

Place was out of flat breads and didn't have alot of items. Service was relatively fast.
