Last 5 orders have all had something wrong. Get wrong wraps, no syrup with pancakes, cold fries, tea instead of coffee... Tonight I went to try the festive pies, ordered 4, every one was a normal apple pie, in a festive pie packaging. They are incapable of getting anything 100% correct, it's actually astounding..
This branch was filthy there was rubbish all over and overflowing out the bins. Our table and seat were dirty I had to clean myself before we could sit down to eat. The floor hadnt been swept there was food all over the floor. I had a coke it was disgusting no ice and no fizz. It was flat and warm. Our Burger and fries were only warm. What was bad was there was hardly anyone in when we got there so they wernt busy or run off there feet. I can honestly say this was the worst macdonald's we have ever been to. I dont think we will ever be eating at macdonald's again because of this experience. Mrs Marina Marshall.
I don't personally frequent this restaurant, favouring the one nearer to home. Of the few times I've been here for food, its always been a fast and efficient service, the staff have always been friendly, and the place has always been very clean. Some criticisms I would have is the noise behind the counter, some of the lighting is in need of repair, and flickers non-stop if you sit under it, and overall the toilets could be cleaner too. Aside from this though, the rest of the place is perfect for a quick fly-through meal.
We love this restaurant because there was good parking in the disabled parking area all so after ordering the food it did not take long for it . The staff are very friendly and helpful. A good selection of food. The seating area is very comfortable. I recommend this McDonalds if look for fast food. Thank you from Graham
I need to describe my Big Tasty with bacon. The bacon was floppy and forgettable but the main event reminded me of my memories of a Whopper. It was big, slippery and hard to hold, in the way that reminds you how moist and full of fresh tomatoes and veg it is. A real delight of a burger. My last couple of Whoppers have been poor in comparison. This will be my go to burger.
The drive thru is always always a problem. It backs up through the carpark all the time so even if you want to park and go in, you have to wait for the drive thru line which crawls through the carpark to get a spot. Getting out of a parking spot can be a 10 min wait for the drive thru cars to move enough to get out.Food: 4/5
The food was standard mcdonalds so if you're looking for fast food it's one of the better ones in terms of quality Service is hit and miss. Even if they're not busy it's quite common to be waiting a long time comparatively for food. The drive thru often ends up resulting in parking in the bays and much like the 'order from pick-up point' app option, it takes a long time to get service which sometimes means food is already cooled down by the time it arrives.
Had to wait in bay for food. Drove home 5 mins away. Chips where cold. Drink was flat. Only good thing crispy chicken was still warm.Food: 2/5
Drive thru... so disappointed, large Big Mac had no pickles, dry flat burger, luke warm and only half amount fries... i was already home before i noticed and was unable to return...
Popped in jist to grab a quick coffee. It's now all about the delivery drivers. Order after order coming out for them....whilst other customers are just left standing around for their orders. Not worth coming in any more. There needs to be a real change in how people are treated
