I would like to say a massive thank you to the East Grinstead Imberhorne Industrial Tyre Pros for coming to my aid and rescue whilst I was on my way to visit a family member in East Grinstead with my two young infant children.  Unfortunately my Tyre blew out on a nearby road near EG after it hit a massive pothole. Unfortunately I became stuck and was let down by my breakdown cover. So I called the Tyre Pros in EG and the manager was ever so good to me, he kindly brought out a member of his staff to come help and offer assistance to me in taking off the battered Tyre and temporarily replacing it with my spare tyre the back of my car.  I then followed the staff member to the Tyre Pros in Imberhorne Industrial estate in EG and the same staff member very kindly pumped up my spare tyre for me.  I then went to see the manager in the reception and he immediately ordered me with a new tyre for my car before 12 midday the same day. The new tyre arrived later that same day and so I took the car back in for them to fit the new tyre on.  A massive thank you again to the manager and staff member that came out to help me if it had not been for there help I would have been left stranded much longer with my young kids getting upset.  The staff at the Tyre Pros put my mind at ease that the problem would soon be resolved. And it was thanks to them. They went above and beyond for me and were honestly ever so good to me.  I would very much recommend anyone in using them.   P.s Below is the first two photos of the battered and destroyed tyre from the massive pothole. The third photo is of the new tyre the Tyre Pros very kindly replaced on my vehicle. Many thanks again

Absolutely quality service from these guys, Neil is so helpful and accommodating, I had the misfortune of blowing out 2 tyres in 2 days on our lovely UK roads & although this depot was really busy Neil went out of his way to help me out on both jobs, the second one being important to me as I needed my car to visit my father in hospital after a serious operation. Keep it up guys

First time I have used this excellent tyre company who incidentally do much more than just tyres. Brilliant service from Steve - he explained everything so well, showed me exactly what they proposed and what needed doing, following damage to my wheel from a pothole. He was so informative, clear, straight regarding prices and timescales. Prices were reasonable as well.  This was without doubt, one of the best experiences I have ever had in a car servicing company. My car has more things needing doing and Tyre Pros will be my go to in future.

I have been using STS in East Grinstead for over 20 years now. Always a fair price and I like the way they really take care of your car whilst it is there. Neil and his team really deserve credit for the way they run the location.

Was very easy to book online when everything was shut - I booked online due to Queens funeral. I booked tyre fittings for 3 days in advance as had a flat tyre but needed another 2 tyres. Very easy online to navigate. Very friendly staff met me when I arrived. Told me how long it would take etc & very good facilities upstairs to sit & wait. My second visit here & will def come back.

Brilliant service!! I ended up needing a new wheel rather than just a new tyre. Nothing has been too much trouble, every question I’ve had has been answered. I couldn’t ask for a better service!! Thank you all so much

Wow!!! put a desperate post on Facebook got a flat tyre Christmas Day. Neil contacted me and offered to repair my tyre so I could get back on the road supporting elderly residents in the community. Neil opened his workshop and fixed my spare in minutes. Thank you to his Wife also for sparing him. Will definitely be going back.

Thai boys are really hard graters. Arrive 40 min before they shut down, and got me in queue. They fit 2 new tyres for just 2 minutes .

Professional, competent and amiable. Nice guys, did a sterling job rectifiying some-one elses defective workmanship- wish I had gone there first.
