I use this company a fair bit and find them reliable and friendly. Today we called western cars for a dentist trip. We had a wonderful driver..my Mother is very disabled, our driver was patient, held an umbrella over her, helped her in and out of the car and so caring. Just perfect. Great experience. No problems booking nor changing it on the day. I could follow the journey to the pick-up point with the link they provided and the taxi arrived when expected. The driver was very friendly and polite, and the car was spotless. Card payment accepted so no hassle with cash. I highly recommend this company.

Incredible service - a last minute booking for airport pick up. Extremely courteous and calm driver, and clean comfortable car. Despite the horrendous traffic, and several hours of the children playing eye spy, the driver remained calm and good humoured. Highly recommend

An incredible service. As soon as we booked the car was confirmed by text with a link . The company then texts to tell you the car is on its way and you can follow its progress. Clean pleasant drivers and a reasonable price too. I couldn't fault it

Friendly driver who arrived early! Really knowledgeable about local area. Company also clearly communicated the progress of the taxi on it’s way over to me and described the car for safety. Use them all the time and really recommend them!

Very disappointed with the service we received yesterday. Booked a taxi to arrive at 3:30pm to take us to the airport and were given a quote online. The day of the taxi arriving he was 15 minutes late, the car stank a fair bit. As we were getting closer to the airport the guy said we’d have to pay an extra £5 if we wanted dropped at the door of the airport? I asked why this would be if we said when booking the taxi that we were going to the airport. Why wouldn’t this be in the original quote. He then said if you aren’t going to pay then I’ll drop you at the petrol station and you can walk! This was with my son and bags. Very bad manners. He dropped us at the hotel section in the end but I will not be using western cars again unfortunately.

Absolutely 5 star taxi service. Our driver was so lovely and we really enjoyed talking to him on both ways of our trip. Efficient service from start to finish. Would highly recommend

Had a flat tyre at 4 am on a Sunday morning en route to catch a flight.  Even at that time, they had a driver to me within 15 minutes, and I was kept updated on driver's details and location throughout. Driver was polite, friendly and professional. Frankly, they saved the day.
