The afternoon tea for 2 £30 is excellent value. The outside garden is lovely on a sunny day. Service was good too.

A good visit today . Just north of Northallerton on the A167 .A good size garden centre and decent customer car park .Signposted off the main road you are immediately in the car park . There are at least 10 disabled parking bays next to the building . After unloading It was an easy task to find the entrance .Its a decent size and well laid out .We followed the floor path and ended up in the Strikes cafe!! The quality of the food was brilliant. I actually forgot I was in a garden centre!!! I was able to fit my chair under any of the tables due to their style. There are customer toilets and baby changers in both the ladies and gents ,and not in the disabled one yahoo.Assistance is needed to pull the door as it comes towards you . I was unable to turn inside the room as there were heaters and bins preventing me .Apart from that a great day out
There are 2 things I don't like now. The first I the free WiFi connection is not available any more. The 2nd thing is all the craft and craft shop has completely gone.
Good food as usual But fabulous Christmas stock all half price Brilliant baubles, unfortunately I have more than enough already xx
A well stocked garden centre, a pleasure to browse inside and outside and the icing on the cake is an excellent cafe which is why we visit regularly.
Such a good veggie soup with tasty garnishes: croutons, crispy red onion bits and crispy kale. Excellent value and friendly staff. The pot of tea came with a pot of hot water too! Luxury!
Nice variety and wide range of goods. Plants good quality. A special mention to Joan who went above and beyond to help me out with an issue.
Plants and other goods beautifully presented and good value. Particularly like the craft section. Restaurant well worth a visit. Staff so friendly and food delicious
Another garden centre with cafe and good food. If you join the club you get two free coffees a month which you can upgrade from regular to large if you so wish. Goes well with a breakfast, scone, cake, or what ever takes your fancy.
