Arrived to go bowling after checking availability on the app. Turns out they are booked all day. Served by extremely rude lady. Can't recommend unfortunately. Would give fewer stars if possible, left with my child crying.
Odd experience. Had to clear and clean our own table which was not a great start. Told that the kitchen was closing at half three yet the sign says otherwise so no chips available. So one person in our party ordered a hotdog without chips but were charged full price with chips, and a sandwich for her and her child. We went to order a burger and a hotdog for our children immediately after them, and were told the fryers were off so cannot do hotdogs or burgers except for the ones that were just that second ordered I guess?. Had to give up since we had hungry kids, and we would have had to sit there while half pur party ate and the other didn't. So cancelled the order and left and went to McDonalds instead.
Great bowling alley with state of the art touch screens that add a little more to the experience i.e able to take photos of yourself so they show on screen. Little things like that make it more memorable. Also the price is very good. The cafe was lovely and the staff very friendly and happy. Would recommend and will definitely go back.
Would help if you could actually book.. no one answers the phone Iv tried ringing for hours! Online is a joke it won’t let me book just directs me to PayPal which I can’t use. so now have no other option because they can’t/won’t answer the phone!
It was the cheapest around by far but really modern. Helpful staff and machines. However,its the least covid secure place I have been in. There were no sanitiser on the way up to the venue and the bottle on the table was empty. Also we ended up sharing balls with the family next to us. It would be a place to visit regularly outside of this pandemic.

Really good value. Especially when they have the offer of £1 per person per game! These are usually available from Monday to Friday from 10am until 7pm. Look on the Concordia Facebook page for updates and offers. My children and I love going. Hope you enjoy your visit too. I would recommend.
Great place. Not as expensive as some may think. Good way to pass a couple of hours if you're looking for something fun to do. The bowing alleys are well maintained and the bowling machines are modern. I did experience a little technical issue with the machine not registering one of my scores but the machine just reset and gave me an extra shot. Would definitely recommend to others.
Absolutely lush food. Not busy at all even in the school holidays. Definitely a hidden gem in Cramlington.
Could try answering your telephone and stop hanging up on customers!!!
