Strength Camp Chester

A great place! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, and an encouraging atmosphere. Having been a member here for four months now my opinion has improved even more. Not only have I seen great results from training here, but I enjoy going, the feeling of camaraderie is a great motivator and is helping me working toward my goals.

Excellent gym, I took part in the 6 week challenge and the results were miles better than what I had anticipated reducing body fat and increasing muscle percentages and hitting my target within the 6 weeks. The trainers and members are all really friendly and there’s a real community spirit here. Jack and the guys really know their stuff and will help improve your technique to help speed up your progress and reduce the risk of injury.

Joined after seeing the 6 week challenge and haven’t looked back since. The team are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic helping to achieve your goals and maintain them as well as encouraging you to push past any boundaries you may have put up. What makes this gym so much more than any other is the sense of community you get when you walk through the door, with a mixture of backgrounds and abilities everyone chips in together making you feel welcome and wanting to come back for more.

From the very beginning you can tell this place is different you are made to feel so welcome everything is explained and you are given a nutrion plan and it then starts. I did the 6 week challenge and I was helped to push to my limit and beyond by Jack and all the team all of whom are on hand to show you how to train correctly and offer advice on how to eat correctly so you can get in the best shape. I can't recommend this place enough I have finished the challenge and I am still there pushing my self to be the strongest version of me

Jack and his team are wonderful. They are very knowledgable and supportive. Anyone thinking of doing the 6 week challenge or join the gym should 100% give it a go!! The atmosphere in the gym is so friendly, everyone is made to feel part of the team. X
