We went along recently on a saturday morning to join in on a taster session. I am a support worker and work with 4 young individuals ..2 of which are males and they came along to see what the boxibility class on a monday afternoon was all about. Jamie Moss and Jamie Sweeney were brilliant at what they do...we had such fun and everybody that went got really involved. The guys really made us feel welcome...so friendly and good fun! We are so looking forward to going back soon...we cant go on mondays due to college...so we are hoping the Jamies will set up a monthly session!!! (Please).. thanks again guys and good luck with your boxing club!
