If I could give this company less than 1 stars I would. I checked on the website and it said that card payments were welcome as at the time that was the only form of payment I had available. I booked a taxi the night before for 9am the next morning, the taxi arrived (15 minutes late), and upon arrival I mentioned that I was paying by card and the driver completely flipped out saying that his card reader was not working and that he was unable to take payment, I explained that I’d seen on the website that I was able to make card payments, and that when booking my taxi no one asked how I would be paying so I didn’t think it was a problem. We arrived at the designer outlet where I work, and he pulled into a parking space and said “right, I am getting out with you and we are going to find a card machine so you can pay me”. Obviously being a young girl I felt very uncomfortable about how he was acting. He stormed into the centre with me in tow, effing and blinding at his phone, and then proceeding to turn to me and swear at me also. Bare in mind I was also 15 minutes late to my job at this point. We then walked to where he assumed a card machine would be even after I told him there was only one in the whole outlet, and he turned to me and said “I will be back at your flats tonight waiting for you, and you best have the money to pay for this taxi”. Obviously after the whole ordeal I was somewhat terrified and felt extremely uncomfortable, especially about having to see this man again. I then got to work 25 minutes late, explained to my colleagues what had happened and had to sit down as I felt so shaky, I suffer with anxiety very badly. I then called the company back and explained that I was fine to pay the fee for the taxi but that I was not comfortable with this man coming back to my home, and after explaining what had happened the lady on the phone agreed that he was out of order, she then told me their manager would be calling me later on in the day to give me an apology. I have never received any phone call, and will NEVER use this service again.

I'm pissed off I have to leave 1 star. I have had a lovely evening at home with guests. I ordered them a taxi at 00:17 and they advised me an hour. This was no issue so we waited. Over an hour later at 1:29 I called to see whether they had been held up. I was assured the taxi was on its way. At 1:50 I called again and was told they would look again, the driver had collected someone else I was told and then they cut me off. At 2:07 I called again and they said they had a taxi going from my address to an unrelated address booked, with a different telephone number booked under my name. No apology, no solution to sorting me a taxi immediately after waiting almost 2 hours. I cancelled the taxi, with never use the company again and will be sharing my experience far and wide. Unacceptable service and 2 hours and 4 phone calls wasted. I've got a mind to bill them for my calls and wasted time!

I've been a regular user of this company for 3 years but have been very disappointed with their service this evening. Firstly, 20 minutes late for pick up then completely failed to arrive for a return journey as their admin didn't "ask for a pre-payment". So, instead of sending a taxi and being polite and reasonable they left us stranded for the evening. Thanks for a wonderful end to our night Streamline. Completely avoid, use Uber.

Wish I could rate lower, DO NOT USE!!!!!! Cab driver picked us up after New year's Eve and obviously thought we were intoxicated as we went around the city centre three times and we had to make comments to make him drive to where we should have been. What should have been a 5 minute drive and a £10 fair even for new years turned into a 15-20 minute drive and £25 fair. When we gave the money to him we were due change and he didn't want to give it to us. We had to insist on getting our change from him before he would give it to us. Use whichever other cabs you can find because these guys are horrendous, money grabbing pigs. Please, please, please do not provide any opportunities to this cab business as they can not even do their basic service well.
