Never ever use this taxi firm! Awful customer service and completely unreliable. Whatever you do, do not book with this horrendous taxi company.

Had a lovely trip home courtesy of Ady - lovely chap. Purely dreadful evening at the hospital and his conversation really turned the evening around. Couldn't be more pleased with the service - 5 stars!

I have no idea why this company has such great reviews. First they said they had a car to pick me up straight away and then the car doesn't pick me up for another 25 minutes!! Missed my train obviously and had to pay for a new ticket!! If you don't have a car close to the pick up point to pick up straight away. Don't say you do! Very annoyed. Will not be reccommening this taxi company to anyone.

Have used Fleetways for decades, always on time (to be honest always too early but never a bad thing!) Courteous drivers and receptionists, will never go anywhere else for a taxi in York.
