Late. Very slow en route ..and on meter. £15 finally to go 5 miles. I was told they had to add an 'out of town charge' which was not mentioned when I booked. Google said the journey should cost £9. Another fully booked taxi quited £5. In short ..very poor.. and they sent a mini-bus!

Always use these guys. Friendly service on airport run and just booked for a friend. Much cheaper that others in York.

Excellent booking experience on the 30th Dec for a taxi on the 31st Dec. Friendly & helpful. Received a text to advise taxi on its way & arrived when expected. Reasonable cost & our driver proved very knowledgeable. First time that I have used this company but will use again. Thank you

Despite taxi fair being reasonable and cheap, I can’t help but become sick of the uncomfortable topic of conversation in most of my journeys; last night my taxi driver for some reason thought it was acceptable to justify the hitting of women to me and my fellow colleague (both female) and we were both left feeling bemused and uncomfortable in the situation. This isn’t the first time I have been left speechless as i have heard many conversations begin with the infamous phrase ‘I’m not racist...but...’ and I’m bored and disgusted by the multiple racist and ignorant things drivers have said expecting me to agree. Fair taxi price, I get them all the time, but a word needs to be said on becoming up to date with the times and not justifying prejudice and discrimination with customers.

Busy night for them i am sure, but claiming they came to my address when they clearly didn't and then refusing to send another car is not acceptable to me. Very poor service.
