Just picked up my Astra VXR from club class, having dealt with Mark specifically. From start to finish he was extremely helpful, in sending photos of the car before it was prepped to also waiting patiently until I could pay off the finance on my car to part ex. Mark also kindly made a change to the car prior to the sale and the car was prepped nicely ready for me to collect. I was made to feel welcome and cared for and I recommend anyone in the York area to visit these guys! Cheers Mark
Cannot thank everyone enough at Club Class Cars for their outstanding service and customer care throughout the buying process and all the way through to their after sales service! Phoned them and spoke to Mark on a busy Saturday to view a car they had in stock and they were more than happy me to squeeze me in for a viewing and test drive. They weren’t pushy or pressuring me to buy the car at any point! From there they sorted any issues out with the car, of which there were none apart from a very small dent which was hardly visible! Fast forward four days to when I picked up the car and the car was immaculate, had a fresh MOT and the dent was completely gone. Part of an aftermarket trim cover on the drivers door came detached before I left, which is in no way their fault, just old double sided tape losing its adhesiveness. Found a message on my phone from Mark when I got home saying they would be sending me some replacement tape to reattach it! Once again everyone throughout was incredibly friendly and welcoming, almost like buying a car from a friend. I would not hesitate to buy a car from them again due to the amazing, pressure free experience I received. Thanks again to everyone there who went above and beyond to meet my expectations
Great experience from start to finish. Mark was very responsive and professional. Started with an initial out of hours web chat, received a follow up call and a walk round video of the vehicle I was interested in the following day, reserved the car the same day then viewed, test drove, purchased and drove away all at the same time a few days later. No hassle, no issues, no fuss. Would highly recommend Club Class Cars in York
They provide a very professional service at Club Class Cars and Mark went the extra mile to ensure all the paperwork was in order before I arrived. Mark explained everything I needed to know in methodical detail and made sure I was completely happy with the car before committing to buy. I purchased a lovely Mercedes AMG C class which is in superb condition and drives beautifully. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone thinking of buying their next car through them.
Was in search for a perfect first car, I came across Club Class Cars on auto trader and it was the best decision i could’ve made whilst looking for a car! The staff member, Mark, helped me out massively with the process of buying the car and made it as easy as possible with no hassle at all! Bought a Golf Gtd from Mark and the buying process was brilliant from start to finish. The vehicle required some work and I was kept up to date with how it was going etc, Club Class Cars really went above and beyond, I will definitely be purchasing from them again!
Bought my new Fiesta from these guys a few months ago. Overall a brilliant experience. They touched up all the paint work and even re sprayed the alloys for me free of charge. Car was amazingly clean when bought and overall was just a really good experience. Super nice people as well. Will definitely come to these guys for the next car
Great dealership, the Golf R I got has every option, it’s stunning throughout, I actually framed my handover photo which they took in their handover room, placed it next to my wedding photo at home! Thank you so much for the fantastic car and for sorting out my finance!!
