I'm leaving a great review as the staff bend over backwards to keep this hospital going. It plays a vital part in the community and a lot of unsung heroes here. Staffing is reduced due to illness and Covid self isolating. Managers don't get the support from their leaders and overall leaves the wards short-staffed and ill equipped to provide satisfactory care for the staff and patients. Staff are constantly at risk of being seriously injured by very dangerous, mentally ill patients. It's a miracle the hospital is able to stay open under these circumstances. Well done to all staff for holding the fort in these difficult times and a gold medal
My Grandma Greta Rolland stayed in the dementia ward for the best part of 4 years and in my opinion were fantastic for her during her struggle. She was moved out to a carehome twice briefly and the final time she passed away within a matter of weeks. All the nurses that knew her turned up to the funeral and were very compassionate towards myself and the rest of the family. The nurses on that ward deserve a medal for the fantastic job they do. If any of you ever read this then I’d like say a massive THANK YOU.
absolutely a shocking hospital during my stay. poor level of care. my fiancee has e.mailed them twice and has written to them regarding a complaint he made and have heard nothing. are they hiding anything? why know reply?
They're help is great but every possible way of being able to contact them is a nightmare I sadly mumble a lot so it's easier for me to write then talk.
Some of the nurses have they're own agenda for keeping patients in hospital which if you ask me is dire
I would love to say I've seen worse. Nope. Wish I could give 0 stars.
