Hotel was nice inside and the restaurant staff looked after me well with cheery smiles. The food was excellent and all but the chips looked home made rather than bought in prepared. Only improvement in would make is do proper chips not the bought in type. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area. Ps the WiFi was great too which often let's hotels down

Nice cosy reception with tartan carpets. It's restaurant offers a variety of pub meals. The rooms are tidy and clean and good space. The rooms are pretty warm. Fine for winter. Not noisy in the main corridor mid week. Rooms contain a desk with tv and a wardrobes. The bathroom is fairly modern with bath and shower. There is full length mirror in the room. The bed is pretty firm and the pillows are light. No feather pillows to sink your head into here. There is a spa offering. Also the hotel has deal with free gym access across the road. Breakfast is great with fish, cooked offerings, cereals and toast. The service is very good. Overall a pleasant and comfortable hotel with attentive staff. .

Friendly helpful staff make it a pleasure to stop at the Strathburn Hotel. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped and the food good. My only negative is that I wish they'd change the menu occasionally for regular visitors.
