Nice hotel with very good facilities. Small but well equipped gym and a good sized pool. The food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner. The rooms were a good size with comfortable beds.

Just spent a lovely weekend at Thainstone House. Good service, great food and a relaxing massage. Look out for the Manager's deals they are excellent value.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Had formal dinner both nights we stayed under the 2 night ultimate spa break and was not disappointed. Taster menu was not quite to my taste but I enjoyed it none the less (options are given which is nice). Staff were friendly too which always makes a visit far more pleasant.

We had been given a present of afternoon tea vouchers for Thainstone House Hotel. We were eagerly looking forward to this experience. However it turned out to be so disappointing. The scones were inedible due to a string taste of soda. The fillings for the sandwiches were tasty but they had been prepared early and hence the bread was fairly hard and curled. The cakes too were very disappointing and did not tempt us. Even the coffee and tea served was warm but not hot. All in all an exceptionally disappointing experience. After they served us the staff disappeared and no one came to ask if everything was alright.
