From the moment I walked into the reception, I was made welcome by the very helpful/friendly receptionists. I had gone there for an emergency appointment ,in pain. The dentist made me feel relaxed and sorted out my tooth. After examining my teeth and asking a few questions, I was taken on as a patient. I would like to thank the dentist for taking the time to sort out my teeth. Each time he took the time to explain everything, and relax me,.Finally I have a wonderful smile and I feel confident. All thanks to the dentist and staff at the surgery.
I am a new patient to this practice and I can only say good things about the service and treatment I have received. Painless treatment, courteous staff, a professional and thorough dentist. I felt he had checked my teeth thoroughly and executed the necessary treatment professionally. I would highly recommend this practice in particular Mr/Dr Patel who I am registered with.
I have always been nothing but impressed and happy with this surgery in my time as a patient. The surgery is clean and modern, the staff in the reception are friendly and helpful and every dentist I have ever seen has been excellent. There is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere throughout. I am an NHS patient but recently had some composite veneers replaced privately at the surgery. Sohaib, the dentist that carried out the work was excellent. The skill and attention to detail used was outstanding. The final results were better than expected and far better than the previous veneers fitted at another surgery. I would highly recommend this surgery to anybody both as an NHS patient for routine dental work or for private and cosmetic dentisty.
Dr Sohaib Mohammed Anjum provided excellent service for me today with the fastest composite filling I've ever witnessed. Very professional and patient friendly, would highly recommend this practitioner.
Registered as an NHS patient and was given an appointment the next day. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful. The dental team very professional and personable, and provide a great service. Very pleased to have been accepted as a patient at this practice!
I was recommended to this practice by a colleague and I’ve never been so grateful for a recommendation. I’m a nervous patient but Mital puts me at ease and is incredibly patient. He took the time to get to know me at my first appointment. He talks about many things that interest me in order to take my mind off the process and is very smart so that his comments only need a single word or gesture reply. That said, it’s not just his manner. He is an excellent dentist and I’m very impressed with the work he has done so far. No sugar coating, he tells it as it is and has a plan to improve matters. I’ve had 2 appointments so far, two more to go and I feel much more confident about my appearance, I feel as if I’ve found the dentist to guide me through my later years with dignity and the ability to smile again.
I got a last minute appointment that saved my Christmas from going down hill. I found the staff very helpful and my Dentist very considerate and understanding . I’ve had dental treatment for over 50 years and have never had a dentist ask my opinion on anything. I was shocked and presently surprised , I will be definitely recommending this practice to friends and family. 10 out of 10 my dentist Hanan was very professional and comforting. I am over the moon with the service I received. Many thanks.
Well, what can I say. Stratford House Dental Practice is possibly the best dental surgery I've ever used. I called 20 other dentists for an emergency appointment and none could fit me in, Stratford House reception team were the only team that said they'd phone me back if they had any cancellations, and low and behold they did! They fitted me in, which was greatly appreciated as I was in a lot of pain, gave me antibiotics, and scheduled me for treatment the following week. Having had the treatment today, all I can say is that the Dentist, Dr. Hanan Mushtaq Muhammad, was absolutely fantastic; a real credit to her profession. Excellent communication throughout the procedure, lots of care taken to ensure I was comfortable, and brilliant after care. I can thoroughly recommend Stratford House & Dr Muhammad, and I think to say I'm impressed would be an understatement. I'd like to express my many thanks to all of the team, and I wish them all the best!
Have been a patient here for years now and had the pleasure of being treated by Mangesh and more recently Kalika. In my time with them I've had root canal treatment, wisdom tooth removal etc. I've never had a bad experience with any of these treatments and they handle and treat their patients with care and respect. Making sure you have the knowledge of what and more importantly why they need to do the things they do. The receptionists are also very lovely and handle the issues quickly and efficiently. Definitely have nothing but praise for this practice!
I was so impressed by the care provided by the Dentistry team in what was a emergency procedure. The Dentist who treated me went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed prior, during and after my treatment. Also the Senior Dentist was as helpful and on hand, so what was a stressful situation, certainly made a great deal easier by the team Thank you so much.
