The dental practitioner and assistant were very nice and professional. I was made to feel at ease when I had my tooth removed and the whole process didn't take very long. The dental practitioner explained to me perfectly what was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable and pain free throughout the whole procedure.
Great friendly and competent team. Well organised - appointments usually on time. Good communication and they provide appointment reminders. Clean and tidy premises. Good hygiene practices. Local parking. Highly recommended.
Pathetic customer service deregistering all my family without any reason, if I ask her why they did register my family customer service representative saying that because we are not visiting dental practice regularly that's why they deregistered my whole family. If I want to book an appointment I had a book as a private patient for my 5 years old son.
All staff were helpful and friendly. The lady dentist i saw was lovely. I would highly recommend this dental practice.
A good dentist, although the wait was disappointing. She didn't arrive at the surgery until after my 9.10 appointment time, then went off to get changed and prepare for the day, while I continued to wait. An apology or at least an explanation would have been appreciated. She also got my name wrong on the treatment sheet.
i had a great experiance today on my visit to stony dental practice, the welcome was so friendly and then when i was called ,again it was a pleasure ,i felt totally at ease,many thanks to all the receptioists also,all round a very nice visit to my dentist,will see you in 6 months time , bye for now. michael king.
Muriam is always friendly and very professional, explaining everything she is carrying out, also gives advice on ways to protect your teeth, lucky to have her at this practice.
Had an emergency issue with a loose tooth that needed extracting. No emergency appointment was initially available, but subsequently contacted as a result of a cancellation. Extraction was done efficiently and professionally and thanks to all for accommodating me at short notice.
Reception Staff very helpful, Nicole my dentist,is wonderful and her 2 trainees are kind and attentive . Wonderful service all round
