Been taking our various pets to this vets for nearly 40 years now, and have never had cause to question their expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to register their pet with a vet. In particular, the vet Steve Foster at Rugeley, and Laura on Reception, are extremely helpful and friendly at all times. Steve is very good at explaining things and addressing any concerns we have had around our cat's illness and medication.
Best vets ever. Vets that care 100% show compassion all through the years been going to them. Yesterday my wife and I had to have one of our two beautiful Springer Spaniels put to rest, sadly with heart failure, our gorgeous little boy Ronnie at 13yrs of age. I can only describe as "having my heart torn out" We still have Ronnie's sister Poppy who has also been cared for by Straiton Vets over her 13yrs of life. My wife and I would like to thank all Vets, and Staff for all the care, and love they have given to both our Springer's over time, and with previous dogs we have had. In particular we would like to thank Vet Craig who was so caring and compassionate beyond words can say for having to put our beautiful boy Ronnie to rest, so sad. Craig made our loss of Ronnie a very dignified and caring sad time, "Thankyou Craig" Thanks also to Vet John, who also treated Ronnie on numerous occasions with so much care. Thankyou Straiton Vets for the care, dignity and compassion given to my wife and myself and most of all our beautiful boy "Ronnie" at rest.xxx Kind Regards, Colin and Joy Higgs
