I am absolutely livid!! I have just waited in armitage surgery over a hour with my 15 month old, he has quite a serious eczma condition that has flared up in sensitive areas and needed attention from a doctor. My little boy has waited so patently for over a hour to then fall asleep in my arms he was so tired. I asked why we had not gone in at our appointment time to be told the doctor is running slightly late, slightly late!!!! I dont think over a hour is slightly late!!!!!!!! In the end i ended up walking out with my little boy and going through to samuel johnson where we were seen within 15 minutes, at a hospital!!!! My son was given the medical treatment he needed and all in all we have just waisted a entire morning thanks to armitage surgery being so incompetent.

God forbid you're ever actually ill. 2 weeks after being told I would be referred, called the hospital to check what the time scales were, to be told they hadn't received it. Rang the practice, 'yeah, we've had someone go sick'. You've had someone go sick and it's caused a 2 week backlog? Livid.
