The staff, are caring, they empathise how you feel when u are ill, they are not intimidating in any way. They are a teaching surgery but the learning doctors are just as good as the partners/senior/foundation GP'S basically when u are there, u are given the full check over before leaving the room, they make sure u understand what illness/diagnosis is, and that you understood what will happen, and the treatment will be.
