Very impressive this is a new thing for me; initial response reassuringly quick, friendly. Follow up also just right for me, finally arriving there was greeted with awesome environment from reception to storage facility. Prices excellent very low to get going then cheap for two months so perfect!

I have had a 100 square foot unit for a year and downsized easily when I needed less room. Friendly and helpful staff. Premises are clean and safe. Access is good. No complaints!

An emergency set me a on path to Storage mart... Ok my mom and I are buying a flat but it’s taking long for a variety of reasons. My landlord has shown great neglect to the property and not improved it’s status at all. The tenancy agreement ends 4/5/2018. So had to move out and stop paying him rent as he has not done all items required to improve standard of living in a mold and damp flat affecting my kids’ health! So I looked online and found several storage companies. Storage mart was cheaper and had the 1st month free deal!!!! Initially started with a 75sq ft room. You must visit and see the rooms yourself. Decided to go for 90 sq ft and am glad I did. No matter, they are flexible with what you need. The lease on the storage versus paying some selfish person rent is a bargain. I wish I did this ages ago when the 6 month break clause came into effect with my tenancy. Moved into mom’s with only what we need and still loads of space in storage. I encourage young people who want to buy a home, work out the savings if you can stay in your parents house for a couple years saving money than renting. Had I done this we’d have had a large deposit for flat purchase or mayabe bought a decent car. To add, the staff did not pressure me to upgrade they politely asked if I would consider it and we discussed it and I made the right upgrade choice. The area is secure and you can access it after work till 22:00 daily. Parking is limited but is not too bad if you are patient. In terms of build quality, I feel the units could be a bit more solid but they do the job. The pricing could be cheaper but when you consider the flexibility and tech involved then maybe they can keep prices as they are.

I Month free storage. Just the £15.00 admin fee which after writing this review will go to cancer research. BRAVO!
