Absolutely horrific customer service. Allowed a driver to drive off from a delivery costing us a redelivery charge despite us saying to their team they were the next to unload. The driver arrived to the depot 2 hours early and they tried to make it out to be our fault that he was kept waiting so long (he was 2 hours early ;)). Libby has very little in the way of customer service and hung up on us twice and then threatened to return the delivery to us. We were very distressed as this was the first delivery of a big customer to us, they showed no understanding and provided no support to us. We had to call their head office who was disgusted by the way we had been treated.

Wouldn't use them again if they paid me.
