Richard double booked us the first day. We took it to just be a miscommunication so spoke to our landlady and asked to stay on for a few days past the date our notice ran out. Rebooked with Richard for today (Friday). They were due to arrive at 6am, it's now almost 10:30am and we're sitting surrounded by boxes. We've heard nothing from him at all. He's not answering phone calls. He's not responding to texts. If the situation changes and they sort themselves out then I'll edit my review. But currently RDC Removals have made an already stressful situation impossible. UPDATE: He never even got back to us with an explanation. Review stands. UPDATE 2: Further company checks showed that this company is dissolved, and that "Richard's" name is actually Nasir Osman. This could be incidental, as some people have more than one name (a Nigerian friend of mine is officially called Mosinimu, but everyone knows him, by his Catholic name: Mike), but considering the circumstances I thought it could be relevant.
