Fantastic members thanks Chris! of the team helped me over the last two days when I wanted to get a new phone but unforseen things in the system meant getting the phone ended up being very complex and drawn out. The team, and partially a guy called Chris, went above and beyond to resolve very frustrating issues no fault to myself or the staff members. Throughout the process the customer service was SUPERB, which included many phone calls to another company/department, problem solving when the first, second or even third idea didn't work, and generally being helpful I felt the staff really worked hard to get the problem sorted, with a dash of good humour too! Much thanks from a satisfied customer!
I have never received anything but excellent service from this Herne Bay branch of Carphone Warehouse. And all carried out with a smile and a great deal of patience...which is well needed for non techie person like me! I won't go anywhere else for my phone.
Loved the service, everybody there is a great help. A good laugh and an enjoyable time. Honestly one of my favourite places to shop. I'd recommend Herne Bay store to my friends and family!
Dave was the salesman who served me. He was very helpful, friendly & polite.He answered all my questions, gave me alot of advice & even price matched at my request with Tesco's handset prices. I wanted to purchase an Huawei p20 pro phone which carphone warehouse had a special offer of a £100 off. I'm very happy with my new phone,the service I received,& the price. Dave also set my phone up for me, went through the cases that I could choose & other accessories. I don't usually write reviews but on this occasion I just had too. Dave was an excellent salesman/member of staff. Very helpful & is a credit to the carphone warehouse. I will be using the carphone warehouse in the future.A big thank you from dj hendy
Once again the boys at Car Phone Warehouse in Herne Bay, have come up trumps. Have sorted my bill out with O2 and been brilliant. Thank you especially Dave.
The blonde woman in this place has to be the worst customer assistant I have ever come across in a carphone warehouse who are usually great. She was grumpy, wasn't helpful at all and was so lazy. I had done something with a contract in Oxford Street carphone warehouse that I know for a fact you can do, I told that to her and she was completely refusing the fact and couldn't be assed. If you don't want to work there leave. Update! Went to Canterbury store half an hour later and got great customer service, rather than £43 a month and that's it, we got double the storage on the device and 5gb more data a month from them! Canterbury staff basically put it down to laziness from this employee for not offering us the same deal. If you are thinking of using carphone warehouse don't bother going here, Canterbury is 100% better.
Chris was our point of contact who very very helpful as to my needs,nothing was to much trouble and all was explained in a very professional way all with no pressure at all,phone price was very resonable and fitted my needs perfectly I would certainly give this store and in particular Chris a 10 star rating if I could,would highly recommend going to this store,thanks
Very Disappointed that The Sales Guys Didn't have A Clue how to Pair Blue Tooth Devices when they Sell them in the shop..... I treated myself to a pair of Blue Tooth Headphones and A Blue Tooth Speaker and Couldn't Pair these Devices to my Blue Tooth on my Huawei Phoneand Too Old to know how to Pair so I went into the shop to ask them to do it for me... Well none of them could do it and I thought it funny at 1st till I realised that if they sell such items then They Should Know About what they're Selling... Product Knowledge... Maybe a Training Course to Educate Staff on Your Products would be A Good Idea.....
Staff are very friendly and patient I went in for a new phone and they helped me out, setting up my emails and transferring all my data over for me. Andy also mentioned to me about saving money on my home broadband too.
I came in today and Dave the manager was extremely helpful and the service is second to none, the team work so well together.
