"Welcome to {my}dentist High Street, Stone. We are a 3-surgery practice with 6 clinicians on hand to provide a variety of NHS, private and {my}options treatment plans including dentures, take home teeth whitening and implants. Within our team we have Dr Nevlen Markos who has a special interest in implants as well as Mrs Reem Al-Yamoor who is in the processing of completing her Masters in Endodontic treatment root canal fillings. Our practice is a 1 minute walk from Abbey Street bus stop and a 12 minute walk from Stone train station, with limited public parking surrounding the practice. I am a new patient at the practice and I just have to say I am very impressed. I walked into to register at the practice and was registered with appointments booked within a matter of minutes. Both girls on the desk Natalia and Bethany were very helpful. There wasn’t any information that they missed out. Today I had my hygiene appointment with hygienist Nina and nurse Mollie and I have to say she was very thorough and I felt as if I really had received what I payed for. My appointment was on time which I have personally never experienced at any dental practice so 5 stars along just for that. I have my checkup appointment booked with Dr Louis Lotter in just a few days time.They even offered me an appointment the same day as my hygiene appointment to stop me coming back for several trips but unfortunately I could not attend both. 5 stars to all at Stone Dental.
Amazing practice. Convenient late night appointments. Girls on desk very welcoming. Great to see a team that look like they enjoy working together. Loved hearing some of the compliments the nurses gave to each other and the receptionist as they were passing by. 5 stars definitely recommend to all my friends.
Great service from great people. Had a checkup with Louis Lotter and a filling that had broke a few years ago replaced. I am so happy with my filling, before it looked like a horrible black gap. Molly was so supportive throughout the procedure and Natalie was amazing at reassuring me and answering all my questions. Couldn’t have asked for better service well done ladies and gentlemen x
Visited stone as a nervous patient and it was the best experience. From the reception team to the nurse to the dentist. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. GREAT PRACTICE!! Would highly recommend.
Louis is a fabulous dentist, had a couple of deep fillings now from him and they look so natural. Nurse Natalie is always very welcoming and friendly and puts me at ease. They reassured me when my 2yr old fell and damaged his gums, gave great advice and made him feel safe comfortable enough for them to look in his mouth.
My visit to My Dentist clinic based in Stone, Staffordshire. The receptionists are sullen and inconsiderate, they make mistakes with appointments and think it is funny when you contact them to check why you have received a text with a different date for the appt. The treatment received by the dentist and dental nurse was without any due care or attention, they did not notice, check, monitor or care that someone feels pain whilst they were wrenching extracting a tooth. On each of the 3 visits we were made to wait at least 15 mins more than the appt time, we paid private fees and for the £400 paid, would have received better care and treatment by going to a first year dental student who needs patients to practice on. I would give no stars if the option was available.
Terrible service all round. Was told that I had a buried tooth in my gum close to the tooth I was supposed to have extracted and an implant in place. This dragged on for ages, then they told me I needed to take the tooth in question out to get the buried tooth out which I didnt but kept pressing me to. I didnt and also turned out the buried tooth was nowhere near the tooth in question so the implant could of happened earlier. What a waste of time. Not going back there again
Would really recommend this practice. Dr Louis and the hygienist Nina always look after my teeth. Reasonably priced for private dentistry too.
Thankyou to the very helpful and friendly nurses on reception today who really took time and effort to make us feel welcome and a priority. Keep up the great work!
My crown came our this morning ...horrified as it was one of my front teeth too...within 5 minutes of my frantic call I had a call back for an emergency appointment in 45 minutes The dentist was great as were the rest of the staff and it was sorted for me . I was so grateful. Thank you
