Story

High quality dental care in a relaxing & family friendly environment is a top priority for many people.
Church Lane Dental aim to provide such a service with the new look team at the practice led by Dentists Graeme Manzie & Raj Koner & supported by Practice manager Angela Mayhew.
Graeme has worked at the practice for over 20 years & has considerable expertise in teeth straightening, having worked at Stoke Hospital's Orthodontic department for many years.
Raj Koner recently joined the practice from Wolverhampton. He studied at Birmingham Dental Hospital, enjoys all aspects of dentistry & recently won awards for the high standard of dental work.

I have never been to this surgery prior, but I called for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. The receptionist was helpful, friendly and got me an appointment later that same day. I'm scared of going to the dentist and absolutely terrified of needles but at the appointment all the staff were very friendly, kind, reassuring and patient with me. I felt supported, comforted and as relaxed as I could be in that situation. The extraction itself went smoothly and the dentist did a great job and gave me all the information I needed before, during and for post extraction care.

I found the whole experience to be very friendly yet professional.  The dentist was as gentle as he could be when carrying out an extraction, I had no ill effects afterwards, and as someone who usually gets dry socket after an extraction, I was very relieved this did not happen. I wont lie, it isn't cheap having private treatment, but as I was in a lot of pain, it was worth it to be pain free.

Very good experience. Had a tooth removed which was a tough one and felt calm and cared for the whole time. Developed an issue dry socket which can happen after extraction a week later so went back and sorted quickly and  not charged. Great service great dentist

I had an emergency & got an appointment here. They phoned to say that there had been a cancellation & asked if I could come earlier, which was brilliant. Very pleasant, very efficient. If it wasn’t so far from my home Newcastle u Lyme I’d probably move to this practice full time

I have never received such outstanding customer service, professional treatment and bountiful kindness and respect from the members of staff that work here. The service that they provided at my routine examination was excellent, everything was done lightning fast with great amounts of accuracy and attention to detail.nThe staff are very knowledgeable and keep a  consistent friendly atmosphere throughout the whole experience. What you will be dealing with here is the best of the best.nTo Dr Raj and the team I applaud you all.
