The setting is lovely and I love the lanterns adorning the ceiling, especially in the evening. I ordered the veg moussaka, as I always do when visiting Turkish restaurants, but it’s probably the worst moussaka I’ve ever had. There was very little sauce, if any, inside so it was very dry and bland. A real shame as it looks like such a lovely restaurant.
Went out for lunch I have been here too many times as a kid, so had to come back and have lunch. Lunch midweek isn’t too busy. But it your go on a weekend it’s buzzing. The food was lovely as always can’t fault. It took around 10 to 15 minutes to come. The waiter was lovely.Food: 5/5

Lovely atmosphere and great service. very friendly. Food was tasty and well presented, lovely fresh salad with herbs, but a little anglicized for a traditional Turkish restaurant. Bread was an extra £2. no olives or dips on the table.Food: 3/5
Had a wonderful experience here due to the delicious food and amazing service! Booked a fairly decent sized party for a birthday meal and everyone who attended was extremely satisfied with their food. With a wide selection of food to choose from for any dietary requirement I highly recommend this restaurant! Cenk, Husiyen and the rest of the staff were lovely and made the experience so much greater, I will be back soon!
Came for a group booking, had to wait 30 minutes for my food. Everyone had finished eating before my food had even arrived. It was a chicken shish. How difficult could it have been to bring it out with the mixed grills? Having paid service charge for each of our separate drinks orders, they then tried to charge us an additional £100 service on the food bill which was discretional. Having already paid service charge on our drinks and having to wait so long for food. We opted not to pay. The management then forced us to pay for items of food for 2 additional people when there was no minimum number requirement at the time of booking. Absolutely ripped off! Shocking service and behaviour! We love Dalston, good food and good people, but definitely won't be coming back here again! The haloumi was tasty though, the rest of the good was bland!

I have been here a couple of times since refurbishment. The place looks more elegant, the staff is really welcoming, and THEIR BRUNCH MENU IS THE BEST !!Food: 5/5
