For those working, it's shocking as you cannot get through to anyone! I've lost a whole lunch break trying to get to speak to someone about my council tax bill - demands for £375 - no idea how?? I paid my council tax bill with direct debits set up by the council!! Impossible to get through to anyone to discuss it!! ... Oh, well I will wait for the court summons and then I can ask them!!!!!!!!!???? soooo frustrating!!!!!!!!

It would be helpful if the various depts had telephone numbers shown on the web site. But no doubt there is no one to answer them anyway. So perhaps a general enquiries telphone number? It seems from other reports the council phone system is run by one man and a dog?

Absolutely Shocking! Can't get through to speak to anyone. Live Chat is a joke as noone responds. No email contact address? Can't complain as you are routed back to the same department you can't get through to. Is this for real in the 21st century?

Didn't even manage to report my abhorrence of the ''not fit for purpose'' waste collection services due to the website providing no actual means of immediate contact. An effective method if you want to remain blind and deluded to the concerns of your tax payers. I wonder if they would be as evasive if i were to miss said tax payment?

Absolutely disgraceful service. They do not want to deal with the people who contribute to their wages and gold plated pensions. How would someone not able to use the internet contact the council? We cannot afford sinecures like this any longer.
