Well, the park itself is lovely. We, unfortunately, spend a lot of money to visit for the Santa experience. It did not live up to our expectations for us. The Santa felt rusted and wasn't very engaging with my little girl. The enhanced forest, well most of the lights were turned off and not working. The kid's interactions weren't working either. The maze is pretty good and was lots of fun. The musical garden was also pretty good. The kid's parks are also pretty good. Overall I don't think it was worth its money just for the Santa experience and a few parks as everything else on site is extra and needs to be pre-booked.
A great Christmas experience. The Santa experience was really well run - with a good introduction checking the 'good boy list' for my son, then meeting a very genuine and inviting Santa. Visiting the enchanted wood after dark with the light shows, including that over the lake, were brilliant. Lots to do and worry the admission
Fantastic for all the family at a reasonable price of £10 each. My 7 year old loved it, plenty to see and do, unfortunately we only got about 3 hours there as it was a last minute decision to go, however we still managed to have a great day but a full day would have been perfect, especially in good weather. The enchanted forest is fantastic, with lots of interactive pieces and themed playgrounds along the way. We loved the maze and even got out alive The inflatable slide, giant jumping pillow & go karts are all inclusive of the price. The boats looked fun separate charge of £6 each we unfortunately didn’t get chance to go on them due to time but will definitely go on them next time. We got ice lollies from the cafe which were averagely priced, we didn’t eat from the cafe this visit but it looked and smelt gorgeous! The gift shop is reasonably priced and the staff are lovely & helpful. Nice clean toilets and even toilets along the enchanted trail. The only criticism I have is that, the reception staff didn’t give us any information, we found other people had a children’s trail map to find the queen’s corgis in the maze that we wasn’t aware of and the wrist bands have a section to write a phone number on incase your child gets lost but we didn’t notice as she just handed them to us with the receipt and I just popped them in my bag. So a heads up on both would have been good. Apart from that, I can’t fault the place. 100% recommended and we can’t wait to go back.
Plenty of parking and not a bad price for what is easily a full day's worth of fun. Maybe the odd bit on the Enchanted Forest trail could use a lick of paint but it's still great. The addition of the new massive play centre is fantastic. bit of advice - buy those daft slippers they try and sell you, I was right and didn't and my feet didn't thank me for it. Our second visit was on a ridiculously hot day and the cafe staff had no problem filling up water bottles for us for FREE. Definitely worth a visit.
Amazing day out. Our kids loved it. The facilities are phenomenal. Initially I thought the tickets were expensive but once we arrived and saw all that there was to do, it was worth every single penny!
Great place to take the children for early evening out. The whole place is magical with different themes and lights. Cold day and luckily not raining. Most challenging was the maze, got lost a few times despite following the map. Think some people were getting rather worried about being stuck in there all night.
Magical Maze, cartoon characters, kids swings and rides was the amazing part, Enchanted forest was also awesome. Less than £60 for family, free car parking, approachable from public transport. Worth full day. Helpful staff.
This place is fantastic! It was our first ever visit yesterday and I am so impressed. I felt it was alittle expensive but once we got there and started exploring I understood and now think its worth the money. Its a full day out and so much to explore and do. We loved the enchanted forested and all the parks there was to explore. The Maze was so much fun and all the actors scattered throughout the park helped make it even more magical. The actors were great at posing for photos and talking to the children, even answering there many questions. They have a new hive area which we didn't go to so I'd love to explore this next time but just to reassure you, on a dry day anyway... there is more than enough and more to do and play without the hive. We also loved the pumkin picking and all the photo backdrops and opportunities for good photos there was! Really recommend!
We had a fantastic time walking around with our 20 month old in a push chair. It wasn't too crowded and we had gentle stroll around the Enchanted Forest. Our son loved it! The lights, the music with the installations were on point. Definitely worth a visit when it's dark to see the festive lights. All the staff were polite and helpful.
Lovely place for the kids to play and explore. The new indoor play zone is fantastic for all ages amd as it was ticketed it never felt over busy. The food in the pizzeria was good, I recommend the salted caramel brownie. The was Enchanted Forest looks really good as it gets darker and the lights come on and all the play areas are well thought out along the way, my kids love the music garden. As we went around Halloween there were also live actors to interact with which was fun.
