"I recently had the pleasure of dining at STK Steakhouse Strand, and I must say, it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. My server, who looked like drake, his name was [GIL] was truly remarkable and made my visit truly memorable. Not only did he bear a striking resemblance to the famous rapper, but his professionalism, attentiveness, and friendliness were second to none. From the moment I arrived, Gil was eager to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on, and he was incredibly attentive to my needs throughout the entire meal. It was evident that Gil takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing an outstanding dining experience for his guests. I felt compelled to ask for Gils name, as I believe that exceptional service should be recognized and celebrated. We came here for Sunday lunch and a few cocktails in May. I had the chicken and my partner had the beef and both meals were very tasty and well presented. The cocktails were also to a high standard. Service was very friendly and attentive.Food: 5/5
Had an absolutely lovely time celebrating my anniversary here! We were served by Gil who was very attentive and informative. He explained menu items, gave us recommendations and was very kind with us. The food was great however portions were a bit small. Super nice atmosphere : Gil was even kind enough to recommend a few bars for us to go to afterwards. We’ll definitely be back!
I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The service was amazing, and our waiter, William, was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, with the steak cooked to perfection and the specialty bread being a standout. The tables were spacious and comfortable, which is something I love about STK. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic meal and outstanding service.
Had the most amazing experience. Celebrated my anniversary here and Fabio was beyond exceptional. The food and the service were great but the customer service was out of this world. From making a last minute booking and having to move my reservation, everyone was very helpful. Just want to say thank you to everyone here, especially Fabio. You guys are amazing.
Celebrated my Friend Birthday yesterday and the decor and ambiance of the restaurant is very lovely. The food and drinks were good but the best part was our Waiter Gil. He is so attentive and friendly and he gave the best service anyone could have asked for. Dietary restrictions: You are asked if anyone has allergies or dietary restrictions before the you can order and it was repeated after the order is placed.
STK STRAND was just amazing the atmosphere, the music, the volume level and the food omg best location ever … our server William made it even better the best service since being here in the UK he knew just what we would like and very attentive… I can’t wait to revisitFood: 5/5

OMGGGG......My friends and I were visiting London from Washington DC for the week and on our last night we went to the theater and we saw STK and everything was AMAZING!! Our service from our waiter William was OUTSTANDING!!! The food was delicious, but the friendliness from our wait staff led by William has convinced me to give the STK in Washington, DC, which recently reopened another try.
Beautiful decor, terrible food, massive letdown. We had the roast beef and the half a roast chicken. Beef was ok, and Yorkshire was huge, but vegetables were overcooked mush, and the half a roast chicken was a chicken breast... when we complained that the menu states it's half a chicken the waitress said it's a baby chicken. I asked them to change it for beef as it was clearly a tiny chicken breast with 2 rock hard dumplings. We therefore ate once the others had finished theirs. The wine we chose was not available so we had to have a more expensive option and the other drinks we ordered didn't come. Will not be returning! Birthday meal ruined!
