Lovely location, smack in the middle of the London tourist trail. But there's room for improvement - food is average and service is disappointing. Can't see how it can encourage customers to the eatery and drive footfall and sales.

Excellent food, service and location

Quite place during lunch - food was ok, maybe little salty and slightly pricy for what it is.

Beautiful surroundings, great classic comfort food. I had the ricotta beautiful, with good bread, the chicken schnitzel excellent and finished with a delicious take on millionaire's shortbread with salted caramel and lime cream. Delicious.

Unique setting. One of the few restaurants you can hear yourself think/speak. Good for informal business meetings. Quality home made cuisine.

I enjoyed the deli here after visiting the Perfume exhibit. The blueberry lemon slice I had was moist, and the chai latte was delicious.

We had the special menu very restricted choice and for the price the food was outstanding and the location is great.  Service was attentive without being in your face and we spent the whole evening there having a really good time.  We will go again soon.

Very nice brunch. Pancakes were soft and buttery and the eggs Benedict very good. The French toast was served with a very delicious whipped cream. Good location on a sunny day like today.
