Nice people to do business with and trustworthy, which is hard earned these days. They still care about real customer service! Tyres changed for a great price and at a time that suited me.
Moved to Kinross about a year ago,so started using the garage for getting my petrol,got chatting to the lady called Sheila asking about my upcoming MOT . She asked me some questions and told me to come back later that day or next morning. Returned next morning and was told I could get my car serviced and MOT when the time came around for it to be done. Was offered a curtsy car but declined as had enough on the go so would not use the car. Car was dropped off last Thursday morning and I went away to do my jobs that were waiting on me,I got a phone call within the hour saying the tester had found out something I hadn’t picked up . Was asked if should go ahead and replace said item,so job carried out and later that day went to pay my bill. Was showing a fault that would need seen to in the coming months,so I asked for a quote and got result next day so car booked in for the repair. I have no hesitation in saying this garage staff we see and the mechanics we sometimes never see are first class. Looking out for our needs and given us assurances about our vehicles,before I sign off they carry daily papers and a great amount of groceries,Yes a First Class Garage in Milnathort.

Very unprofessional and an unpleasant experience. Put a vehicle in to get fixed came out with a different issue.. response was “that’s unfortunate”nnWhen trying to negotiate, I was spoken over and not listened too. It’s all about them and not the customer. Poor!!
