Joining Leaner Life has been the best decision I've made in terms of getting fit and into a healthy routine. I signed up for the 6 week challenge and it has completely changed my mindset with food and exercising! Feel more positive, stronger and motivated to achieve my goals. Cannot express how all staff members are very approachable with whatever questions I had no matter how stupid they may sound. Big shout out to Lewis and Aaron for making this journey enjoyable and worth it.
If you are looking to kick start your fitness, i would definitely recommend starting with the 6 weeks challenge at Leanerlife - I became stronger, more determined and enjoyed each session. It also helps that the trainers are all lovely, knowledgeable and encourage you to give you best. Plus, I had great results too!
I hated the way I looked, and after going on diets and training at a gym on my own, I never saw results no matter how hard I trained. I kept on seeing adverts about Leanerlife Fitness so decided to try it out as I had nothing to lose. Joining Leanerlife Fitness was the best thing I ever did. After doing the 6 weeks challenge, I lost 12lbs and 7% body fat. Never have I been to a gym where you get so much support and encouragement from a great bunch of personal trainers, who take time out to help you in every way they can. I cannot thank them enough. Although the classes are hard going, I still go back for more 5/6 days a week and have made some great friends along the way. This is now my second home, I shall never look back It's the best thing I have ever done. Thank you Leanerlife Fitness, you guys rock ‍. Keep up the good work.
Great Body Strength fitness machines for those that use them and plentiful free weight dumbells. If you prefer a more cadio based workout then they can cater for that too with an area downstairs. I've only joined a few weeks ago but I'm loving it so far.
I am coming to the end of my 6 week challenge and before I check in with results I want to write a review. Why because Leaner Life have been amazing, great staff, great clients which means for first time I feel comfortable in the gym and am fitter than ever been. Leaner Life have helped me physically in the training, but also mentally as the diet and training combined has given me time for myself away from the business and therefore feel mentally and physically stronger. Anyone looking for a gym, but never felt comfortable in a gym should try our Leaner Life you will not regret the decision it is the best gym I have ever been too.
LeanerLife is the best gym out there! The equipment is modern and always immaculate. I joined the 6 weeks challenge with access to the gymamazing as you book your slot and there are no queues for equipment! as wanted to become leaner and stronger which I achieved and am so pleased with the results.This is all thanks to the amazing team they have at LeanerLife. Massive thank you to Robbie, Alex, Megan, Sarah, Aaron and Lewis they are always on hand to help with any questions and want you to achieve your very best and push you to do this! A massive thank you to Aaron who has helped me throughout my whole challenge and pushing me to the max. Also the whole gym community is so lovely and has a amazing atmosphere. So happy to be a memeber of this gym.
I cannot recommend LeanerLife and its team enough! Taking part in the Lean 6 challenge has changed my life for the better. I have PCOS which provides its struggles but on top of that, I have always been useless with staying healthy and exercising when left to my own devices, but the team at LeanerLife have given me the structure I needed. The Lean 6 challenge has completely overhauled everything for me. With the help of the trainers I have changed my relationship with food and the difference in diet has improved my PCOS symptoms enough to keep me on the straight and narrow in itself. I have also stopped depending on the scales, I no longer focus on the numbers and now aim towards increasing my strength and stamina - both of which have changed dramatically! I also hated being in the gym and I was super nervous before my first session but attending the classes has increased my confidence massively. The trainers are fantastic and have been so helpful and supportive every step of the way. A special thank you to Aaron, who has answered all of my silly questions and kept me level headed throughout the six weeks. If you’re looking for a friendly, fun gym with positive and professional trainers and in a welcoming environment the members are fab too! then don’t hesitate to check these guys out! You will not regret it!
Staff very friendly, helpful and not pushy. You soon find that it's not full of poser workout freaks showing off the latest clothing but very normal people of all ages, shapes, sizes and level of fitness. There is no pressure to "keep up with the best" but encourage you to find your pace and compete against yourself in your own pod. No one shares your equipment why you are working out and you have everything you need. The staff listen to your concerns and support you and take note if you need further assistance why training. Having just completed my first week, I feel better I've done it but like everyone, didn't want to do it when I got there. Very Covid safe and everything you touch is wiped down after each session.
I’ve just completed the Leanerlife Fitness 6 week challenge. I lost a total of 9lbs, dropped 5% body fat, gained 4lbs in muscle and increased my hydration levels by 4%. I was nervous and apprehensive about starting the challenge but the whole team at Leanerlife couldn’t have been more supportive and encouraging. I haven’t done the same workout twice in the 6 weeks with each class being varied and the team constantly switching things up and coming up with new ideas. The meal plan has been easy to follow, I’ve cooked some amazing meals that I wouldn’t normally have cooked that the whole family have enjoyed. I didn’t think I was a group exercise class kind of person but the classes at LeanerLife have completely changed my mindset and I now look forward to going to the gym! I’m so glad that I contacted LeanerLife Fitness about the 6 week challenge and I’m excited about where this continued journey with LeanerLife Fitness will take me. Thank you guys!
My experience at Leaner Life was a fantastic one. I started the challenge super unfit nearly threw up on my first session and ended the challenge actually looking forward to working out and feeling so much stronger! The trainers are all super friendly and helpful and really focus on helping you to get the most out of your workout really concentrating on your form. The food plan we were given was very easy to follow and I didn't run out of food ideas and managed to stick to it 100% for the full 6 week challenge which is a first for me!! I would recommend Leaner Life and their challenges to anyone looking for that kick to get them into fitness and feeling healthier and fitter! Although I didn't loose the required amount to 'win' the challenge i have seen big changes to my body from working out and eating clean and even bigger changes to my mental attitude towards working out and doing it the right way for once not by some fad diet! You definitely won't regret any money spent. A big thank you from me!!
