My daughter travelled to stevenage from Lincoln uni on the virgin train 9.01 arrival, she tried to get off but was pushed back by people getting on, someone pulled the door shut, so she was unable to undo the train door from the inside, so she pulled down the window and shouted for help at the guard but he shrugged and stated "what do you expect me to do" She shouted for help again, then the train left stevenage station and went on to St Pancras station.... my daughter was so distressed she fell on the floor of the train crying, and not one person went to her aid.... im aboustley disgusted, it saddens me as a mother that a young person had to endure this, the only person who went to help her was a conductor on that train, and she was also appalled when she heard what had happened. If humanity is as bad as this for a normal person, then I dread to think how a person with a disability would be treated.
