Terrible company. I ordered £100 worth of brackets 5 days ago and I've had no tracking, no update and now after me chasing apparently they haven't even left the courier! Absolutely terrible service all round. Don't purchase!!!

Disgusting customer service. Spent £150 on aluminium shelves from their eBay store. Paid extra for express delivery, bought them on Sunday night and according to their eBay advert it said will be posted out on Monday. Didn't post them out to me until Wednesday. But first lied to me and said the courier couldn't deliver, asked for tracking number 4 times & got ignored. Harry was the person I was dealing with, he needs to go on a customer service crash course. Would have been much easier for him to be honest - instead kept lying and making up stories. Looking at their review I am not the only one!

Shocking company. I ordered a small section of box section via their Ebay shop small enough that it was delivered by my postman with the regular mail it finally arrived eleven days later,  way past the latest promised date. There was no comms until I submitted a complaint, then  I got conflicting claims about shipping date, they then blamed Royal Mail , who seem to be delivering everything else I've ordered recently just fine. . When I rang, the call handler Harrywho sounded about 15 , was very sarcastic and clearly couldn't give a toss about his job or how customers are treated. I lost it with him and ended up swearing, which is unlike me. I wish I had read the feedback on Ebay from plenty of people who had similar experiences, I would have gone elsewhere. Never again

Fantastic service and price , just needed some cutting discs for a angle grinder and never knew this shop was here, will definitely be back, thanks
