having trudged around all the diy and home decor stores in and around Walsall and Wolverhampton for several weeks, i was bitterly disappointed by the lack of choice and stock in these places.I am a 'cautious' person and rarely do 'online purchasing' but in this instance had no other choice.I looked at numerous big named websites and again was disappointed and frustrated by the lack of choice not to mention the exorbitant prices. Then I happened across lancashirewallpaper and was astounded by the huge range on offer, it wasn't long before I found the exact wall paper I had been looking for.I rang the business and spoke to a very polite and helpful fellow named John and I placed my order and was told that I should receive it the following day,which I did. It is rare these days to get such a very high level of service,polite and efficient so thank you very much. Not only was the service exceptional,the range of choice is unbeatable,the prices are very good value,and delivery fantastic,well packaged and undamaged. I am absolutely delighted with the wall paper very good quality and just what I ordered. Folks......don't think twice about ordering with lancashire wall paper...they are fantastic...a HUGE THUMBS UP !!!!!!

We have taken the long drive to buy wallpaper from here a number of times as they have a great choice, we bought some wallpaper yesterday but when we got home we found there was a fault with the batch, we sent an email this morning had a quick response and they are sending the replacement rolls out tomorrow, things sometimes go wrong but it is the measure of a business to how they react to things that go wrong and we are very impressed!!! People are quick to criticise but don't tend to praise good business practice ! Thanks and well done 👍🏽

Excellent value. pick which wallpaper you like in B+Q and its 10 times cheaper in Lancashire Wallpaper. plus they have a better selection.
