Great customer service. Charlotte came to measure up the kitchen and was very knowledge about the different options and products we could choose from. She very quickly got us an appointment to go and review the products and the kitchen was delivered the following week after phone call discussions to confirm delivery date and time. Would highly recommend.

I use these guys a lot, always very helpful and happy too.

Damaged my property front garden flags and bird bathand wouldn't except responsibility for it which cost me £375 and the fitter was horrendous to say the least.... once you have payed for the materials they Don't care they thought it was ok to just leave bits unfinished in the final design which was a totally different design I agreed on and sent not enough materials for the job I have also had to rectify alot of shoddy work done myself but some of it is impossible to fix annoying nightmare of a company to say the very least they squeeze every penny they can out of you then laugh at you if anything goes wrong disgusting way of selling kitchens the room thats supposed to make a house a home.

UPDATE: Howden’s contacted my partner straight after me posting this review. They did not offer me a solution to the problem but asked I deleted my review. The manger stated that the last part really upset her, with us suggesting she does not care. Well a week in and Hotpoint have come to check the microwave, they have stated that a part on the microwave has broken. They can not fix it, as it is a part that is out of stock and have no idea when this part will be come available again. So Howden’s maybe upset by this very truthful review but imagine how upsetting it is paying £500 for a microwave oven 6 months ago, that is ‘under warranty’ but now broken and no one can fix. After spending over £12000 on a kitchen with Howden’s Rochdale I really wish I would of gone elsewhere. From the start it couldn’t of gone any worse. Before the kitchen had started, my partner had to unload our kitchen from the van to the house, as they couldn’t send someone with the driver. If he didn’t do this we couldn’t get the kitchen on time. Luckily he could have a day off, as I was no help 8 months pregnant. First off the kitchen had been measured up wrong, so my work top was far too big. Thankfully the fitter sorted this out but unfortunately I now don’t have access to one of my cupboards. Next was the hob, that was cracked all the way down the middle. We went to swap it but then our fitter informed us that we had chosen one with an extractor fan inside, which meant that the top drawer in the island, that they had designed for us and had even sold a cutlery tray for, couldn’t be used. So selling us a £900 hob apparently wasn’t enough, they also sold us a drawer we couldn’t us! They did manage to swap the hob after a fair few phone calls. Then the sink went to be fitted, we ordered grey, the one in the box was black. According to the guy at Howden’s this is a very common mistake and was happy to swap it . Next came the final piece, the flooring. At this point you’d be thinking nothing else could go wrong surely, well think again! Howden’s had sent us the wrong flooring, after lots of back and forth we finally did get 15% discount on the flooring because at this point, it was ready to be laid and I wasn’t waiting around anymore. So we are now 6 months into the kitchen that we had dreamt of and now our nice built in Microwave oven has broken and Howdens could not careless. They’ve told us to speak to Hotpoint and now we have to wait for an engineer to come out in a couple of weeks. So all in all, if you think you’re getting a good kitchen at a decent price, maybe think again and have a shop round.

Fantastic kitchen, thorough and slick design process, we had the pleasure of dealing with Jade, who was very professional and clearly possessed vast experience and care. I'm a Chef so I know a thing or two about kitchens. My wife and daughter are as thrilled with the result as I am.

Very poor time management waited over an hour for a prebooked kitchen design appointment. I had to approach the assistant manager and sale rep for an apology to top it off it was half hearted sarcastic apology for the sales rep! Will not be purchasing a kitchen or any other products from Howdens again!

We contacted Howdens for a kitchen on a really tight budget and we are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. Anil, our designer, was brilliant at keeping the design within budget and he totally maximised the space. He suggested a layout we'd have never thought of and we've ended up with a kitchen that looks gorgeous, was in our budget and the space now feels twice as big. Cannot recommend Anil and Howdens enough.

We have over the last 2 years had over 18 kitchens supplied through Howdens Rochdale, The service has been amazing, every little issue has been resolved within hours, Amanda and Anil have i can honestly say gone over and above to ensure my customers have had exactly what they required at the best possible price. The designs have been great and Amanda has ensured all the houses on the development have had a slightly different style, colour etc which has added great value to the development. Hour and fifteen minutes wait two people took my order when I got to the trade counter no stock howarth timber just around the corner ring up they will tell you if they have stock just go and pick it up
