I visited the store and it was a nice visit. I found what I wanted at a reasonable price
I have to shop online for my school as they don't stock the items in store. The quality of clothes and service is OK. However: the cost for the items could be slightly lower and delivery over let's say £100 could be free. Small things that could help families to save up.
Excellent Excellent Excellent company. I dealt with Jordan in the main showroom, and from start to finish Jordan was a fountain of knowledge and enthusiasm. An comphrensive selection of manufacturers across all price ranges, the main showroom is impressive, and then you have the follow on rooms packed with everything you need in a professional or domestic kitchen. All the staff are super welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to all the staff at Stephensons for an amazing shopping experience. Jordan many thanks for your time and professionalism.
10 out of 10! Beautiful crockery, great price and fast delivery. Customer service is excellent. Stephensons took time to listen to our needs and specifications. The crockery has added a lovely sparkle to our coffee shop and we have received lovely comments about the range.
The staff are not helpful even though ghey had the stock they rushed us out as there was only 15 min to closing
