Went in Saturday to get an idea on what's out there and cost as I've never done a bathroom. Staff were amazing. Knew their stuff and made the entire process EASY. Can't wait for delivery! Huge thank you to the staff in Stockport!

Booked for someone to call at 9.30 today and measure up and give me a quote for a complete refit, 10.20 and nobody has been rang to chase to be told oh she's not turned in for work, in my line of business if someone has appointments booked and doesn't show for work we ring the customer to let them know. Poor poor excuse for not turning up, could have let me know. Told them not to bother rearranging not a good start for a potential customer

Booked in to have the bathroom measured by the Bath store team for a Thursday(14th April), said they would call on Wednesday to confirm a time. Never called and never turned up on the Thursday. Shame really as the sales lady in the store was really helpful and would of got a sale from us.
