From start to finish a really good customer experiance. Melissa provided a fantastic shampooing service, very professional but friendly young lady. Laura advised about and provided an excellant cut and finish. I usaually hate having to have anything done with my hair and was apprehensive prior to my visit, but was throughlý impressed with the whole process and the lovely members of staff who dealt with me! Thank you Laura and Melissa 😊  Michelle
