What a miserable assistant , sloppy , with no customer care whatsoever . She is so rude she has taken to tapping u on the shoulder to indicate she has finished ur eyebrows . Love the owner who is polite and professional . In contrast the girl today never said hello , goodbye , I had to ask for cream to help the redness on my eyes , which was slapped onto a cotton wool ball then handed to me to do her job for her. When I dropped my glasses , she didn't even offer to pick them up even though they were at her feet . She took my money , then turned around back to her mobile phone . I won't bother going again, if people don't like dealing with people , they simply shouldnt be employed to do so. I have to give it one star so I can post this , but wouldn't give it any if I could
