By far the best cut I have is always at Jo and Cass. I have been to Jo and Cass in Lancaster, Preston and Morecambe. Not once have I had anything less than a fantastic service. The consultation is lengthy, the advice is right, the time taken is heart felt and the attentiveness of the staff is unparalleled. Absolutely my number one choice. And to top it off, I get a personal text after most visits to ensure I am happy with my cut. Would not consider going anywhere else.

Connor is the first hairdresser that I have trusted to do whatever colour he thinks I should try and let him get on with it and yet again you have surpassed yourself 😊

I have attended Jo & Cass hairdresser's for years, first Lancaster, here all staff are welcoming and DO listen to what it is you actually want ! Excellent selection of complimentary drinks including 🍷 served with biscuit. NOT kept waiting unduly.
