Very dissatisfied with prestige. cancelled an appointment on the day I was due to go in. Very last minute not very professional as no alternative appointment was offered. This was a really bad let down for me as I am attending an event and required this appointment. Considering I was a first time customer and a potential future customer I think that it was very bad practice. I wanted to try them after hearing good reviews elsewhere, however my experience means I shall take my custom elsewhere. Thanks Vikki.

Kelly& her team are excellent for all beautifying treatments large or small. She has recently twice recently won a national /regional award. Highly recommend to anyone.

Would highly recommend this salon. You are always made to feel welcome. It is lovely and clean and the staff are so friendly.
