Fantastic training - definitely recommend to anyone looking to learn how to ride a motorcycle. I had never ridden until I completed my CBT with Stellar, I have recently passed my MOD 1 & currently training for my MOD 2 this summer. Sharon & Kev are really friendly & welcoming, they make me feel safe at all times & are always accommodating. Anyone who gives this business a bad review must have something wrong with them! Thank you Stellar for your excellent service throughout.
Having never even been on a bike before I was incredibly nervous about completing my CBT. I didn't need to worry as the instructor Tony was patient and so knowledgeable. He took his time to explain things and was able to train to all experience levels. I was the only one in the group with no experience but was never made to feel that I was being left behind. I would recommend Stellar motorcycle training and Tony to anyone wanting to learn how to ride, especially if its your first time!
Did my CBT with Kevin this week. He had a lovely, patient manner and gave my confidence a real boost. Sharon had the patience of a saint with my endless queries. Book with them, you won't be disappointed and you'll enjoy riding in a really scenic area to boot! Thanks both.
I passed my direct access full license with Kevin in 3 months from never riding. He taught me so well and gave me so much confidence. Kev and the team are so friendly. Best thing I ever did, was contact Stellar motorcycle training.
Absolutely amazing people, experience and training!! I have been meaning to take my CBT for 8 years now and I plucked up the courage to do it!!! I was so nervous that I couldn’t deal with the geared bikes and was concerned about going on the road. Mike spent 4 hours with us learning the basics, extras and theory and then it was out on the road for 2 hours. As I was so nervous mike decided to take the other two learners out before me and then spend 2 hours of his own time taking me out on a one on one assessment. I have never known anyone be so caring, attentive and passionate in supporting people as these guys. I sat talking to Kevin for a bit about bikes and tests today and felt so at ease by him. By the time we got out on the road it was amazing. I felt safe and relaxed and apparently did very well!! Anyway I passed yay!!! Mike didn’t have to stay late, he didn’t have to take me on my own he could of told me to go home but he didn’t. I can not say a bad word about these gents and Sharon and I will not hear it either. Other negative comments below are clearly rivals and fake accounts as I’ve never know anyone to just write one bad review on google and another to just write bad comments on motorcycle centres. Love these guys so much I’m going to do my mod 1 and 2 with these guys with the FREE Saturday training they offer. Keep up the amazing work and thank you so much!! On such a high now xx
Well, what a great experience. Wanting to get back into motorcycles after more than thirty years off. From attending the CBT course to passing my DAS mod 2 was eight weeks. This was all down to Kevin and his team at Stellar, and the great model they use for training. Having said that I did turn up every Saturday for the full afternoon session. If you're prepared to put the time in Kevin is there help you along the way. The great thing is if you take eight weeks or eight months, it won't cost you any more. And now I've done with training it's good to know I can still call in and get advice from Kevin and for John to keep my bike in good order. Thanks guys!!!!
An absolute blast. An amazing bunch of friendly people from the moment you first ring in, you are immediately roped in! Went for my CBT today, which I should really have done 15 years ago. Tony was our trainer for the day. You could not hope for a better man. Tony with his wealth of experience and good humor, managed to go through all the basics with a great group of enthusiastic novices, on a well designed off the road training ground then on the road whilst keeping it very informative and light throughout with the patience of a farmer, the wit of Winston Churchill and the perceptive eye of an eagle. I could not recommend Tony enough. Thank you for a great day. I will never forget this amazing experience.
A few months ago I called Stella motorcycle training as I wanted to get back to biking. Kevin the owner cancelled on me more than once, which meant I had to take more time off work. The Radios were poor & the bike was one choice. 3 hours of riding at a cost of £300 I wanted to pay on my credit card but kevin insisted on cash and said keeping the cash from the tax man, he'll take £20 off. Do yourself a favour ladies & gents stay clear as this guy is dishonest, dangerous & a complete joke of a training school. I ended up going to another training provider in Gloucester who knew him well & wasn't surprised of yet another example of how not to run a training school.
Hello Everyone What a great experience, I had my CBT booked, some what nervous even though I had ridden lots of motorcycles before. I met a Chap called Tony who would be my Instructor for the day, he went through all the basics, I didn't even feel bored through this. Every thing was explained in great detail and you could see that Tony enjoyed passing his knowledge and riding experience on to his students! I went on to pass my CBT that day and Tony made the day a very enjoyable experience, many thanks Tony. I also met a Chap called Jon, another easy to talk to person, who, as Tony has a great deal of knowledge and experience. After I had completed my CBT I stayed behind and spoke to Jon who was extremely helpful even though it was time for me to go home! The next day I phoned and spoke to a Chap called Kev who answered all my questions on a Direct Access Course and the best way to complete this. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for the team and Stellar Motorcycle Training and they were very accommodating. To anyone who is nervous about learning to ride a Motorcycle, there is really no need to be, the Instructors are great, a great team, Many thanks Stellar Motorcycle Training.
I cannot speak highly enough of the crew at Stellar. Took me from complete novice to full licence holder in a calm, patient and professional manner, these guys really are the best. Now with the addition of an excellent shop and bike workshop and it really is the complete one stop place, perfect!
