Small hardware store run by two guys who know their stuff - just the way it should be. Describe what you want and they will find it. They also have a whole bunch of other stuff for sale which tends to limit their ability to stock every bracket in every size, or whatever, but I can imagine they have to do things this way to survive as a business. It's a shame that the large chains have virtually erased shops like this from the map.
