pounds for a doctors letter to say a child is fit and healthy.  Happy to pay.  But to wait 21 days for a service im paying for is ridiculous.  I need this quick and i explained this to be told by the receptionist...cant guarantee anything.  Receptionists are rude.  There are however a couple of very helpful ones.

New doctors are rude and can come across harsh. Appointment times never upheld. Always running late. No apology for running late. Shame the old original doctors have left/leaving. Try getting an appointment ! Public transport more reliable. Refused pre bookable appointment by receptionist even though the doctor told me I needed to make one, does not cater for people who work for a living

I don’t write reviews but feel strongly about the overall poor service of Station View Health Centre. I don’t blame the NHS for rude staff I blame the Centre itself for having a poor approach to patient engagement. One doctor in particular, Mr Mitchell seems to have terrible patient feedback. I personally pride myself on good customer engagement and feel he should start to do the same. 
Look at your patient reviews online Station View and spend some time trying to put things right. Most people recognise that the NHS is under pressure but manners, empathy and being civil cost nothing.
My two stars are for the few staff who are friendly.

This is my Gb surgery I Was calling last 7 days horrible neck pain  since 8.00 am but line are so busy  then they answer just abuts 2.00 pm
Receptionist said call back 8.00 am  I said that’s what I’m doing but hopeless .and way of they’re answering also not a polite way. They don’t understand our pain

Hideous place. Can never get an appointment. Can't book in advance, only for that day, if they can be bothered to answer the phone. Some doctors are good but others are arrogant and vile-both men I've seen have been a disgrace.
