Absolutely awful service. Worst surgery hands down I've ever had the misfortune of having to use.

One of the worst health care service I've ever encountered! The booking system is ridiculous and some of the doctors are patronising and could not be bothered to even looking at the patients. I usually don't like to complain because I know how difficult it is to work with and around people but this surgery has let me and my kids down so many times that I can't be understanding anymore, not to mention that it is there b...y job to care for people, they wowed to do so!

If i could put less than 1 star i would ..Receptionists are quite possibly the rudest i have ever encountered,The sheer self importance of these incompetent wannabee doctors is of the charts..Makes the whole Experience harder than it should be..They are just glorified retail assistants and need retraining or poss sacked..Left because of them..

Absolute joke!! Cnt get any appointments cnt even talk to a doctor or nurse and has been like this for months now. Not impressed at all!

Absolutely useless! You could spend well over an hour waiting to speak to someone when you call, only to either be cut off, or finally speak to a receptionist with a bad attitude that has no interest in helping you whatsoever. They give you false infomation and tell you to call back another time when you have wasted over an hour in the que already! They even somehow think they have the right to tell how to take your medication! However once you have stressfully struggled your way through the battle of getting an appointment to see a doctor, the doctors are very good and have alot of time for you. Such a shame that the surgery is let down so badly by the stinking attitude of the receptionists and the useless phone system that achieves nothing but run up your phone bill and stress you out! If you're going to phone up then be ready for the stress and expense that will certainly test your patience!
